STRs

1. Load http://odvarko.com/tests/fission/case2/odvarko.com.html
2. Open DevTools and Select the Storage panel\
3. Expand Cookies in the left panel and select odvarko.com to see some cookies. Click Create Cookie button on the page to create more
4. Select one cookie and see how the Object side bar opens
5. Press ESC to close the Object side bar
6. Select another cookie, the Object side bar doesn't open -> BUG

The object side bar should open when another cookie is selected. The UX should be the same as in the Network panel with the Details side bar

Workaround:
The use needs to change selection in the (left) Navigation tree.
