STR:

  1. Enable skeleton UI
  2. Set intl.l10n.pseudo to bidi
  3. Restart Nightly
  4. While the skeleton UI appears, notice the placeholders animation flow.

ER:
It should flow from the right to the left.

AR:
From the left to the right.
