In general manipulating prefs that GeckoView "owns" through RuntimeSettings is not going to have the effect that the user expects. I think we could lock these prefs so that they are not modifiable in the UI.

For some prefs being able to change them (even if that change is reset on the next restart at latest) or at least view them can still be useful for debugging purposes, though.

This bug is specifically about prefs that must hold specific values to properly bind GeckoView to Gecko. Outside of developers working on GeckoView with local GeckoView builds, there isn't a reasonable use case for adjusting them at runtime.
