Uncommitted characters entered via Japanese IME while page is out of focus is
repeated every time the user types a character in a text field.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to any page with a text field (i.e. www.yahoo.com)
2. Click on any part of the page that doesn't contain a link or textfield to get
it out of focus
3. Type 2 or 3 characters
4. Click on the text field and type another character (The characters entered in
step 3 should appear before this new character)
5. Type another character

Actual Results:
The characters entered in step #3 are repeated again, just before the character
entered in step #5.

Expected Results:
Only the character in step #5 should appear.
