Details

After bug 1690747 it should be possible to do this and perhaps save a tiny bit of memory. Especially if we put the default in C++, since XULRunner is no longer a thing.

In light of https://github.com/whatwg/html/issues/7441 I stumbled across this preference. Would removing it entirely be an option?
