Seems ErrUtils.jsm was first introduced in bug 500338. I don't really know what's the benefit of logObject/logException/logElement/logEvent, maybe we can use console.log/console.error directly. Will check later.

Yes we should get rid of that. At the time, there were no other logging utilities...
