Sync web-platform-tests PR 27505 into mozilla-central (this bug is closed when the sync is complete).

These tests all pass in Chrome and Firefox on wpt.fyi:

There are 4 tests failing tests in Safari, which look like they could be
real interop issues. The correctness of the tests has not be evaluated
anew, however, as they've already been reviewed in Gecko.
