Steps to reproduce:
Start Firefox from Spotlight, or by clicking the App bundle.
Actual results:
Firefox beach balls, it's not responsive and can only be Force-Killed.

Hi Radu!
I was not able to reproduce this error in the last Nightly version 87.0a1 (2021-02-09)(64-bit) on macOS 10.15, although I am not sure I have understood the steps to follow correctly.
Please could you add more detailed steps and if possible add some screenshots or some screen recordings?
Also, can you try to reproduce it on latest Nightly? You can download it from here: https://nightly.mozilla.org/

looks like this bug is a duplicate of 1679933 which got fixed in 85.0.2.
I upgraded to 85.0.2 and can't reproduce it anymore.
