User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Android 10; Mobile; rv:85.0) Gecko/85.0 Firefox/85.0
Steps to reproduce:
When we touch anywhere on webpage while the scroll to hide toolbar is on, the entire webpage move up and down
Iam on latest version of firefox for Android (85.1.1)
Actual results:
Along while hiding the toolbar, it causes inability to touch or select an option ( Example: Filling a CAPTCHA form ).
It also creates an empty space on bottom.
There is no problem if the scroll to hide toolbar is turned off in customisation
Expected results:
The webpage should not move while selecting anything

This is definitely related to dynamic toolbar. Can someone attach a test case to reproduce this issue?

Go to https://mega.nz after turning on 'hide toolbar on swiping down' and click anywhere on screen. Then it will start to move up and down.
Same when filling a CAPTCHA

So, it means reproducing this issue requires an account on the site? I don't have any account on the service, and when I go to mega.nz it's redirected to mega.io.

No. No account is needed. Just tap anywhere while it is showing its logo when loading
Or Try to fill a CAPTCHA with images after turning on that setting for hiding toolbar while scrolling
I think this problem occurs only on some webpages while others are okey
Anyway turning off that setting fixed my probl

I have the exact same issue with page scrolling down when the dynamic toolbar option is enabled. It happens on any website in my case . This issue seems to be only in Nightly and Beta.

It's quite hard to tell what's going on there, it looks like device specific.
madnew, what's the device you are using? Also I am wondering whether your finger keeps touching the screen during scrolling.

It happens when my finger is touches screen and makes short but frequent scrolling down. If i make a strength scrolling and then immediately lift up my finger - all is OK. I don't know but it looks like sensor sensitivity issue in the app.
My device: OnePlus 3T (A3010), Android 9 (OxygenOS 9.0.6).

I wonder if the issue has to do with the interaction between momentum scrolling and dynamic toolbar movement. I know we've had issues around that before, and their fixes may not have been ported to the GeckoView implementation.

(I'm thinking of bug 1257959, bug 1499941, and similar.)
