Looks like bug 1681971 made the timeout only expected on nightly_build, meaning we permafail on try. I'm changing this to be expected ok on beta and release, and expected timeout otherwise.

It could also be that I misunderstood this error, and that the one I'm seeing is instead that a single test has a timeout rather than the entire test suite.

Either way this meta file could be cleaned up a bit.
