The WebDriver BiDi specification doesn't redefine the Session concept but refers to the implementation of WebDriver (HTTP). This means that both Marionette and the upcoming WebDriver BiDi implementation have to share the same code around session handling.

Note that right now there is no such dedicated session module in Marionette, but code is spread across different files. That means a refactoring of Marionette needs to be done first before a shared session module can be put into the Remote Protocol code base.
