update firefox and restart Deutsche Bank online banking, with Google chrome it´s ok

Actual results:

no Online banking with firefox

Hey Klas,
Since I do not have an account in order to login to Deutsche Bank online banking I can't properly verify this issue.

Can you test the issue while in Safe Mode? You can find helpful info here : https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/troubleshoot-firefox-issues-using-safe-mode .
Also a fresh new profile could help. You can find more about creating a new profile here : https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/troubleshoot-and-diagnose-firefox-problems#w_6-create-a-new-firefox-profile .
If possible, you can test this issue on the nightly build as well. Download the build from : https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/nightly/all/ .

Hello,
I tried firefox nightly and it works the QR code is shown in the right position, PIN input field and enter button are outside the QRcode so I can start the Deutsche Bank online banking.

What to do correct the current firefox version or how to install and replace firefox nightly as normal browser?

Ah, I think this is a layout problem, right? According to your attached picture, the QR code is displayed, but the input field is overlapped. That's why you can't scan the QR code successfully, right?

Could you test again with the dev version? Thanks.

I tried the dev version release 87.01 and it works; system shows photo TAN- and Login-field in right order so I can´t start deutsche Bank online banking. Same order with previous version of firefox nightly.
With normal current version 86 it doesn´t work.
Shall I send you a picture with version 87.0?

Sorry, I am confused. You said dev version works, but you still can't login successfully?

No worries.

Base on comment #2, I think this is a layout issue. The problem is that the input field is not at the correct position.
I'll let our layout experts decide what to do next.

So, it seems the issue occurs in release versions only, but working fine in Nightly. I'm guessing v87 was the Nightly version when the reporter tested it in comment 2. So let's wait and see if the release of version 87 fixes it (on 2021-03-23 if I'm not mistaken). If that doesn't fix it then it's probably something in the user's default profile that is triggering the problem, such as an add-on or font setting or whatever, that isn't present in the (separate) profile that is used for Nightly.

kc-klas, please test again when v87 is released and let us know if that fixes the problem? Thanks!

Hi, I upgraded firefox to 87.0 but online start for Deutsche bank Online banking is still not working - see attachment. With Firefox nightly it still works.
