The logs linked from Intermittent Failure Views like this one (rightmost column) and in bugs created from Treeherder's bug filer, e.g. bug 1691634 comment 0, have https://treeherder.mozilla.org//logviewer?job_id= as start of the url and the double slashes brakes the display of the log by the log viewer.
This is from bug 1683434. Ben, can you fix it today, please?
