If I subscribe as watcher to a group in phabricator, I normally receive notifications for all ongoing movements within that group.
But since I switched to Mozilla Notification scheme, no more notifications arrived. When I switch back to legacy mode, they arrive again.

If I'm correct in my assumption that "watchers" are the same as "subscribers", then this is resolved :)
