Shows blank with a leading 'quote' image, and "View this post on Instagram" -- which isn't a link. Works on Chrome release. Only tested on Nightly (windows and linux)

As suggested on Matrix, this is probably Facebook Container working. Could you check if it works with Facebook Container disabled, or with the site allowed into the FB Container?

We appreciate your report. This is an ETP issue, as with Enhanced Tracking Protection, the embedded media loads.
Tested with:

Fixed by SmartBlock Embeds, user is now able to load the embeds via toggles. See Bug 1892173.
