My home page, www.ojd.state.or.us is showing up as a blank page.  
A page I use frequently, www.mindleaders.com shows up with broken graphics; that
is  the button graphics are not complete.  For example, the 'Submit' button
which allows me to log on does not show as submit.

Both of these pages worked when I first installed Mozilla 1.1 but now they
don't.  I have attempted to uninstall and reinstall, but I still get the same
problems.

On other PCs that I have installed Mozilla, the pages still work like they're
supposed to.

Seems to be a local problem with the computer configurations?

George, it's probably something wrong in your Mozilla profile, try creating a
new profile and see if the problem goes away.
(start Mozilla with "-profileManager" on the command line)
