Once the UI of the three states button has been improved (at least with tooltips/titles explaining what each state means) as per Bug 1678949, we can toggle the color scheme simulation feature on for all channels

There's been a lot of activity around this feature on Friday, thanks to your initial message at https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1679408#c8
:nchevobbe significantly improved the UI, we now have dedicated buttons for light & dark mode + titles, see https://bug1692472.bmoattachments.org/attachment.cgi?id=9202864
Feels like this can now be enabled by default, any objection?

No objections anymore. I've created the patch to let it ride the trains.
