Steps to reproduce:
When FullScreen, New tabs doesn't show bookmarks toolbar.
Actual results:
when not fullscreen, bookmarks toolbar shows on all new tabs (as selected in customization)
Expected results:
should show on new tabs when fullscreen option is selected.

The Bugbug bot thinks this bug should belong to the 'Firefox::Tabbed Browser' component, and is moving the bug to that component. Please revert this change in case you think the bot is wrong.

it seems this issue has already been reported and the work for it its being tracked in bug 594681. Please, take a look at it and if you notice is not the same bug let us know.
