On mozilla-central/autoland we only run on the shippable platform.

:jmaher, I noticed that some talos tests on mozilla-beta are running on the the non-shippable win10 platform. Would you know if this is expected? I've got a patch up to fix this in case it's a bug.

87 merges to beta next week, it doesn't seem worth uplifting this during 86 rc week
