Currently the default timeout for talos tests is 2 hours and some tests don't specify a timeout so this causes a task timeout. We should reduce it to 15 minutes.

Actually, it looks like 10 minutes is fine - I was mainly concerned about the damp test which takes about an hour to run but it's fine: https://treeherder.mozilla.org/jobs?repo=try&tier=1%2C2%2C3&revision=41bc060ee14faa60e5e7eff32137a26c5e0929cb

This patch decreases the default timeout to 10 minutes (from 2 hours) and also fixes an issue in mozcrash.
