Steps To Reproduce:

  1. Create a folder(A) in Bookmarks toolbar
  2. Create a folder(B) in the folder(A)
  3. Create a bookmark(C) in folder(A)
    ---So, The bookmarks tree will look like this
Bookmarks Toolbar
   +---Folder(A)
         +--- Folder(B)
         +----Bookmark(C)
  1. Move the Bookmarks toolbar to the right side of the Addres bar by customize toolbar
  2. Switch to fullscreen mode(F11)
  3. Move mouse pointer to the top edge of screen, so that Toolbar will appear
  4. Click the folder(A) in Bookmarks toolbar, so that the folder will open
  5. Click the folder(B), so that the folder will open
  6. Move mouse pointer to the bookmark(C)
  7. Click the folder(B) again

Actual Results:
The subfolder opens in wrong position

Expected Results:
The subfolder should open next to it.

I was able to reproduce on Windows... and then on an Ubuntu VM (20.04 LTS, Fx version 99.0+build2-ubuntu0.20.04.2 straight from apt today), with identical behavior.
