169312 - Plain text conversion of HTML table displays table contents left justified instead of tabbed.

Using trunk build 20020917 on winxp and linux if you reply or forward in plain
text format, a message that contains a table,  the plain text conversion lists
the table contents down the left margin instead of in the table form.  Not a
regression, happens with branch too. 

1. Send yourself an email with a table inserted.
2. Get the message and forward it to your self while in an HTML compose window,
but select Plain Text for sending using the Options menu.  
3. Get the forwarded message.

Result: The table contents listed down the left margin.
Expected:  The table contents should display in the same rows and colunn layout
as the original table
