It looks like there was a last-minute reorganization. The list of items in the Web Developer menu should now be:
Web Developer Tools
Remote Debugging
Browser Toolbox (if enabled)
Browser Content Toolbox (if enabled)
Browser Console
Responsive Design Mode
Eyedropper
Page Source
Extensions for Developers
So we're almost there - just the last two items need to be switched.

Use the correct menu item ID to insert the "Page Source" menu item before the
"Extensions for Developers" menu item in the DevTools menu.
