Follow-up to bug 1658775 and bug 1658956, as well as Mozilla Support question 1286994:
In Firefox 76 the dom.disable_window_open_feature.toolbar
preference stopped working. This means users can no longer force the browser's toolbars to be always visible, even in popup windows.
This is a great inconvenience for power users, developers, users of various addons, or any other users who generally prefer that the appearance of their web browser is controlled by them and not random websites.
Furthermore, Firefox used to offer the ability to stop websites from modifying even more window properties.

Firefox should re-introduce preferences which place control back in the hands of the user by allowing the user to prevent websites from messing with their browser's UI/layout.
