The RenderAPI::send_transactions method (note the plural) is unused by Firefox or Servo, and should be removed.
Leaving it in seems harmless, but prior patches have already failed to make send_transactions update transaction.use_scene_builder_thread the way send_transaction does, so bit-rot is occurring. Best to just ditch it.
