Steps to reproduce:

In filter dialog, select a filter. Click '+' to add an entry.

Actual results:

The a blank input textbox is appears but requires the user to click on it to give it focus.

Expected results:

The input textbox should automatically have focus once it has been created. This will enable the user to start typing straightaway instead of having to pause to click on the textbox.

Typing error: "The a blank input textbox ---->" should be "A blank input textbox ---->"
