'reload remote calendars on startup' causes mozilla to crash after exiting calendar

With 'reload remote calendars on startup' enabled calendar does not display any
calendars and crashes mozilla after calendar window is closed.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Enable 'reload remote calendars on startup'
2. Run calendar
3. Close calendar
Actual Results:
When running no calendars displayed. Mozilla crashes on close.
Expected Results:
Display calendar info, and not crash mozilla.

Probably remote calendars should exist to reproduce, haven't checked without them.

Calendar is not supported under Mozilla 1.2 for windows. The website is not
clear about that. There should be a windows version of calendar that works in
1.2 today.
