There are some talos tasks that are hitting a task timeout while the tests are still running. There are also some cases where the task timeout is hit because the test timeout isn't being hit (it's too long on those platforms). If we increase the task timeout by at most 5-1 0 minutes it should solve these issues.

Yes, I'm increasing the timeout for the tests which failed. I'll be re-landing the patch tomorrrow, sorry for the delay.
