These tests got disabled on Linux opt Fission by the WPT import script.

I retriggered them a bunch of times and they seemed okay: https://treeherder.mozilla.org/jobs?repo=try&revision=64f7fb34ea0e2655847504f0e0edc584417169c1

There's one failure there, but it is for a different variant of this test that disabled on OSX. I suspect this set of tests is just a bit flakey or maybe needs to be broken up a bit. Note I have no idea what the test is actually doing.

My main motivation here is that the massive number of individual test changes here make it hard to see what WPTs are disabled via a simple grep.
