Bug 1590884 was just restoring the old behaviour by using !important in xul.css, but really, this shouldn't be forced.

Potentially (though not mandatory for this bug) it would be nice to find another more predictable default value than flow-root in this situation.

flow-root won't be forced by bug 1590884.
