There is a backlog of gecko-t-win10-64-1803-hw workers.
The Try had been closed until ~16:00UTC yesterday which shift some load to later hours and the gecko-t-win10-64-1803-hw pool is working at capacity since ~17:00UTC.
In the last 6h hours, the backlog for the pool hasn't gone down.
Could this be an issue with the machine in the pool or did the changes in bug 1694585 push the base load close enough to capacity that small bumps in the load downed get burned down?

I'm going to try to get the raptor-webext windows tests disabled today. That should help with this. (Leaving the ni? open for myself).
