Building comm-central SeaMonkey currently fails.
We need to port Bug 1690384 "Propagate error information up through XPCOMGlueLoad and GetBootstrap".
This has Bug 1538279 "Only readahead DLLs in parent process" as a prerequsite so we need to take this one too.
