User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64; rv:78.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/78.0
Steps to reproduce:
If I attempt a login to vault.bitwarden.com using Webauthn USB hardware token, it succeeds. However, sites like github.com and simplelogin.io refuse to work with webauthn. I have tested those logins in chromium, and they both work.
I think this is likely an issue with firefox.
Go to demo.yubikey.com and register and authenticate using a FIDO2/webauthn key. It should work.
Now go to github.com or simplelogin.io and attempt to login with a FIDO2 key. It will not work. (those 2 are examples, this has happened to me on other sites).
Here is my firefox version info:
Name Firefox
Version 78.8.0esr
Build ID 20210217034806
Distribution ID
OS Linux 5.9.0-0.bpo.5-amd64
Actual results:
Github repeatedly gives "authentication failed" and asks me to retry. Same has happened on numerous other sites.
Expected results:
Authentication should have been successful.

The Bugbug bot thinks this bug should belong to the 'Core::DOM: Web Authentication' component, and is moving the bug to that component. Please revert this change in case you think the bot is wrong.
