By pulling labels from the dry run service, we can use a single dry run to determine which commit of mozilla-pipeline-schemas generated-sql is being used in production, and pull down all the schema metadata that's currently in production. This will allow us to more efficiently run various generation tasks in repos like bigquery-etl.
