TB 78.8.0, OpenSUSE Linux
This is kind of a follow-up to bug 1660041.

Steps to reproduce
Opening an inline PGP encrypted message in a new message window.
TB shows the cipher text and a 'Decrypt' button in the top banner. Pressing 'Decrypt' successfully decrypts the message and the plain text is shown.
Now trying to reply to that inline PGP encrypted message.

What happens
In the Write window only the cipher text of the original message is quoted, but not the clear text from the decrypted message.
The received inline PGP encrypted message contains the bytes C2 A0 in the separator line between header and cipher text:

-----BEGIN PGP MESSAGE-----
Charset: UTF-8
=C2=A0
hQIMAynEDCltg6KjARAAtBMzdrO9Vg1M17UVtbqLK2ySYvwDR2yogg7rk5NVcCVb

Decryption of those messages was fixed in bug 1660041, however, replying is still broken.
Replying should be fixed as well.

This still doesn't work in TB 88.0b3.
