Because the Fenix commits are not tagged in a manner that's friendly to nightly automation, we will disable the multicommit test.
The Fenix VIEW test will then run on Fenix nightly.

Disable the multicommit because the fenix tags cannot reliably be used to identify branches.

Greg, I'm a bit unclear on the taskcluster / fenix commit issue that's blocking reliable multicommit code.
Is there a bug for it that we can link to here?
