Once bug 1682030 lands, dom/plugins will be shrunk to a handful of files that aren't really about (NPAPI) "plugins" since we no longer support them. It would be nice to put them somewhere else to remove the confusing reference to plugins.

Resolving as wont fix, plugin support deprecated in Firefox 85.
