Steps to reproduce
- (WR is rolled out on Adreno 3xx since Bug 1706267)
- Open https://www.swr.de/swraktuell/rheinland-pfalz/zahl-der-corona-infizierten-in-rheinland-pfalz-100.html.
- Scroll down to ensure that all shaders are compiled and website has finished loading everything.
- Scroll to the very top, begin profile capture and slowly scroll down.
Expected result
Website scrolls smoothly.
Actual result
Jank is experienced when the map or the graphs come into view. I do not see any failure logs besides "failed program_binary issues". Also, scrolling is smooth on OpenGL compositor.
