Details
Charley, you added an accesskey in EdDialogOverlay.xul line 85 yesterday in
your fix for bug 158881 but the corresponding entity, &chooseFileLink.accessKey;
does not exist...
Cc:ing Neil since the fix is from both of you.

Note: The correct DTD file was checked just before tree closing on 9/19, as
well as restoring the original change to EdDialogOverlay.xul.
