User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64; rv:86.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/86.0

Steps to reproduce:

To solve this problem, I disabled all extensions installed in the browser, created a new profile, reinstalled the browser itself, cleared the cache and cookies.

Actual results:

Problem with displaying preview images on YouTube.

Expected results:

Website should load normally.

Does the problem still happen if you start Firefox in Safe Mode AND with a new empty profile? (Safe Mode disables add-ons, extensions and themes, hardware acceleration and some JavaScript stuff in order to exclude some possible reasons for problems.) See https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/troubleshoot-firefox-issues-using-safe-mode

I started the browser in safe mode, also created a new, clean profile, but all this did not help me, unfortunately

I tried to reproduce this on windows10 64bit using firefox release 86 but i can see all the images on my computer.

There could be many things that can cause this, like cache of the browser or even a youtube problem.

For example one of the tips was to go to https://www.youtube.com/feed/history and then click on "Clear all watch history".
But It could also be related to a problem with the ISP.

Was that screenshot taken before or after you signed in with your gmail account?
Did you notice this with another browser?
Is there any chance you can try using a free VPN service? maybe its related to DNS.
Can you test again with Firefox Nightly? https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/channel/desktop/

thanks.

This picture was taken before logging into the Google account, however, if I log into the account, the situation will not change in any way, I have already tested this and not once. As for VPN and another DNS server, here this problem starts to disappear, or it can be seen, but less often. I contacted my provider and asked him a question about this problem on YouTube, they told me that there are no problems and restrictions on their part and never have been. I did not use Firefoh Nightly and did not reproduce this problem there. I cleaned the DNS cache through the Windows 10 command line, for a while it helped to fix the problem, but then it reappeared.

Look, I downloaded Firefoh Nightli, installed an absolutely clean browser, did not load any extensions there. Please note, I tested this problem in Google Chrome and other browsers, there was nothing like this. The problem is not at all in the provider, as you said before, if the problem was in the provider, then the problem on YouTube manifested itself in all browsers, without exception. Unfortunately, I cannot add a screenshot here in the comments, this possibility is not provided here.
