- Speedup decompressing compressed Graphite tables.
- Improve message about out-of-order MVAR tags.

Note that this release bitrotted the in-tree ots-lz4 patch quite a bit. I rebased it to the point where it builds and passes tests, but I would really appreciate someone who understands this code better looking it over to make sure it was done correctly and preserves the intent of the upstream changes.
