Details

create an nci file, select it, delete it, notice that delete button and edit
button are still enabled even though the listbox is empty.

Edit and Delete keys still active.  They will only become inactive if user
re-clicks in the .nci list box.

Oops... marking this Resolved... apparently the fix will be in next Tuesday's
build.  I jumped the gun.
