Steps to reproduce
- Open Firefox.
- Pin many tabs till the tabs bar can't be seen.
Expected result
Tabs should been displayed even with having many pinned tabs.
Actual Result
Tabs can’t be seen when having many pinned tabs.
Note
The issue is reproducible with proton enabled or disabled.
