nope and the M20 means it isn't being implemented by Netscape employees anytime 
soon.  Feel free to implement it if you need it.

Eugene it is for the drop down menu "go" in mail, to go forward to the next
message in the list, if you check in the go menu some of these commands are
already implemented.

personally i think this bug should be a won't fix or invalid, because its a
clunky way to do it,

Assuming comment 7 is correct and this is about the menu:

   Go|Next|Message is implemented, so this WFM.

Why it was filed under the back-end component is a mystery.
