Map marker is displayed in Wikipedia page -1(see third map), but not displayed in Wikipedia page-2
while both pages use the same wikipedia code to produce map with markers.

This works fine in Chrome browser Version 88.0.4324.96 (Official Build) (64-bit)

Test environment:
Ubuntu 18.04, x86-64, Firefox 86.0

Hey Arjuna,
I tried to reproduce this issue on my Ubuntu 18.04 on the latest versions of Firefox Nightly 90.0a1 (2021-04-22), beta 89.0b2 and release 88.0 (and 77.0) but the pins are present for both links. Can you upgrade from 86.0 to the latest release and check if the issue still occurs in which case try the following.

  1. Test in Safe Mode? You can find helpful info here : https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/troubleshoot-firefox-issues-using-safe-mode .
  2. Testing with a fresh new profile could help. You can find more about creating a new profile here : https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/troubleshoot-and-diagnose-firefox-problems#w_6-create-a-new-firefox-profile .
  3. If possible, you can test this issue on the nightly build as well. Download the build from : https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/nightly/all/ .

I found the problem resolved when I checked today in Version 88.0
