Steps to reproduce:
Thunderbird Beta 87.0b2
I've created message filters. I uninstalled one email account and then reinstalled it, in order to active the account, again.
Actual results:
By installing the account, again, the message filters are deleted.
Expected results:
Is there a way to save my message filters for use in the future ?

The Quickfilters-Addon does what you are requesting very well (at least in its current version).

Just realized you use the TB Beta 87.0b2.
A beta version of Quickfilter for the TB Beta 87 can be found here instead: https://github.com/RealRaven2000/quickFilters/issues/49
There might still be a few bugs, but better than nothing i guess?
