1697826 - Primary password with multiple accounts prevents clean exit

Steps to reproduce:

Create a profile with several mail boxes on different servers with different passwords, and then enable primary password, this is the key part. Exit, restart, enter the primary password, and exit again. TB will crash on exit.

Actual results:

TB crashes every time on exit: a process is always left running, and apparently dies after some timeout, after which a crash report is produced.

Expected results:

TB should exit cleanly, without a hanging leftover process and without a crash report.
