STR:
- open at least two tabs
- close a tab
- open a new tab
- repeat the steps 2 and 3 a few times.
Expected:
No change of the tab width.
Actual:
The tab width changes. You can observe the close icon of the tab left of the closed tab to see the change.

It's a very recent regression (I noticed it in yesterday's Nightly build for the first time).
