If you save an email as *.eml and try open it again, is shown in Navigator but
there is'nt mail functionality like Forward, Reply etc.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Save any enail as *.eml
2.Open *.eml with the Mozila. - on Windows click on right mouse button with
shift and choose 'open with'
3.Navigator appears

Actual Results:  
Navigator appears

Expected Results:  
Mail should be shown in Mail/News that should be possible reply this mail.
