User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64; rv:88.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/88.0
Steps to reproduce:
- Install an extension like multi-account containers that creates page action buttons
- Go to some page where the page action button is loaded, right click > remove from address bar
Actual results:
- The page action button is gone initially
- Restart the browser
- The page action button is back
Expected results:
- Page action widget area should remember the user's customization state

Thanks, that's the expected behavior in Proton per bug 1691436. We're currently evaluating an overflow menu for actions when there are too many of them.
